Directions to DCEDC

From Albany (NORTH):

  • Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) south to exit 18 (New Paltz/Poughkeepsie).
  • Take Route 299 east to Route 9W south to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt/Mid-Hudson Bridge.
  • Go over the Mid-Hudson Bridge, take the first exit on the right and get onto Route 9 south (Wappingers Falls).
  • Stay on Route 9 until you reach Neptune Road (approximately 3-4 miles), which is a right-hand turn at the light just before the Red Lobster Restaurant.
  • DCEDC is located in the Guardian Self Storage building on the left, directly behind Red Lobster. We are just inside the West Lobby Entrance.

From Connecticut (WEST):

  • Take I-84 west toward the Hamilton Fish/Beacon-Newburgh Bridge.
  • Stay on I-84 west until you reach exit 13.
  • Take exit 13 and go north on Route 9 for approximately 10 miles to Neptune Road.
  • Poughkeepsie Ford will be on the right and Red Lobster Restaurant will be on the left.
  • Turn left at the light onto Neptune Road.
  • DCEDC is located in the Guardian Self Storage building on the left, directly behind Red Lobster. We are just inside the West Lobby Entrance.

From Newburgh (EAST):

  • Get on 1-84 east and go over the Hamilton Fish/Beacon-Newburgh Bridge.
  • Stay on I-84 west until you reach exit 13.
  • Take exit 13 and go north on Route 9 for approximately 10 miles to Neptune Road.
  • Poughkeepsie Ford will be on the right and Red Lobster Restaurant will be on the left.

From Westchester County (SOUTH):

  • Take the Taconic Parkway north to I-84 west.
  • Stay on I-84 west until you reach exit 13.
  • Take exit 13 and go north on Route 9 for approximately 10 miles to Neptune Road.
  • Poughkeepsie Ford will be on the right and Red Lobster Restaurant will be on the left.
  • Turn left at the light onto Neptune Road.
