On January 15, 2019, specialty food manufacturer, Crepini, announced the relocation and expansion of their production facility to the growing food hub at iPark 84 in East Fishkill, NY. The new, custom-built 33,000 square foot facility will incorporate state-of-the-art machinery and technology aimed at producing crepes and healthy alternatives to bread and wraps.
